Dear Patients and Family Members,

The purpose of this letter is to inform our patients with the insurance companies shown below that we will no longer be a contracted provider within these insurance companies network. Please be sure to speak with your insurance provider to determine if you have out-of-network benefits and the date this will go into effect.

First and foremost, we want you to know that this change does not mean that you have to find another dental office. Your insurance benefits will still be utilized at our office and we will continue to work directly with the billing, claims, and all aspects of your insurance plan as we always have.

You may receive a notice from your insurance company encouraging you to find a contracted provider within their network. We want you to know that this is not mandatory. In fact, a large portion of our current patients have insurance plans with whom we are not contracted, and many provide similar coverage to in-network plans. This is solely to help insurance minimize their claims.

Why are we making this change?

Year after year, the costs of providing exceptional dental care continue to increase significantly.

This has been ongoing with the economic changes since the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, insurance companies reimbursement rates have not only failed to keep up with rising costs, but have not increased in many years. This has made it particularly challenging to continue to provide the best care, using high quality materials, equipment, and providing our staff with the highest level of training and education. As you know I have invested heavily in the latest technology.
